01. From Hachiji Dachi, step right foot into Han Zenkutsu Dachi, Right arm Soto Uke into Right Arm Gedan Tetsui Tsuki to stop attackers punch and counter strike them to groin.
02. Left arm reverse punch of Gayaki Tsuki to Solarplexus to wind opponent or break the ribs.
03. Fast Right arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye followed by fast left arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye to stun or push back the opponent.
04. Step with left foot into Zenkutsu Dachi, Left arm reinforced Uchi Uke to barge, topple or grab your opponent.
05. Step with right foot into side stance of Shiko Dachi and strike to rear with right Hiji Ate reinforced Elbow smash driven into 2nd opponent or use this motion to throw 1st opponent from the grab.
06. Right arm Gedan Tetsui Tsuki into right arm back fist of Uraken, this is a groin attack followed by a smack in face to 2nd opponent.
07. Step left foot into Han Zenkutsu Dachi and punching left reverse punch of Gayaka tsuki to Solar plexus to wind opponent or break the ribs.
08. Fast Right arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye followed by fast left arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye to stun or push back your opponent.
09. Step with left foot into Zenkutsu Dachi, Left arm reinforced Uchi Uke to barge, topple or grab the opponent.
10. Step with right foot into side stance of Shiko Dachi and strike to rear with right Hiji Ate reinforced Elbow smash driven into 3rd opponent or to throw the opponent if you grabbed.

12. Step left foot into Han Zenkutsu Dachi and punching left reverse punch of Gayaka tsuki to Solarplexus to wind opponent or break some more ribs.
13. Fast Right arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye followed by fast left arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye to stun or push back the opponent.
14. Return to Hichiji Dachi chambering into X Block and Bow.
