Polecat Body Punch

The Body Punch

Polecats standard body level punch, the body punch is a directly driven punch delivered from the front of the body. The punch works on the principle of turning a bent arm in to a straight arm.

Starting with the elbow bent, your arm place in a front position, with the clenched fist placed anywhere between your neck and your stomach or where ever you feel comfortable, and with the elbow pulled in close to the side of the body, simply extend or straighten the arm to drive out the punch. Both the speed and the power that can be generated using the body punch is harnessed directly from your elbows.

Dont try to drive out the punch from your body, just try to quickly flick out your elbow from the bent position to a straight position, this technique will drive out the fist forward into the opponents target area of the solar plexas, stomach, groin, face or chin etc..
