Polecat Body Check is an imposing barge or clothesline on an opponent.

Polecat Body Check

The Body Check

Polecats Body Check, is a heavily imposing barge or charge at your opponent. If your opponent tries to strike, then avoid the strike as quick as you can but then immediately throw your body forward to impose yourself as hard and as fast as you can, get as close to the attacker as you can.

Step in and step on their feet, then throw your upper weight into a shoulder charge directly at your opponent. The aim is to quickly surprise and then impose yourself as much as you can.

The attacker naturally would not want to attack you at such close range, and such a quick surprising act could turn it around so you are then perceived as the attacker instead of your opponent.

This shock change of events creates a tiny window of opportunity to strike the attacker on one or more of the vital points of the body using one or a selection of the advanced Polecat techniques.
